In the exalted Divine Empyrean Palace, in the Palace of Concentrated Spirit and Radiant Illumination. Joining with the ancestral qi of the Primordial Beginning, he divided off his true form; responding to the emptiness and nothingness of the wondrous Tao, he opened transformation. Positioned above the nine empyreans, he governs all the heavens. Presiding at the center of the ten extremities, he rules the myriad transformations. He proclaims golden talismans and sends down light to relieve suffering; he bestows gracious favor and shelters and nurtures the multitudes. His grace extends throughout the creative origin; his benevolence spreads across vast kalpas. Of great compassion and great vows, great sage of great mercy.
