With utmost sincerity I take refuge and pay homage!
Chief General of prior heaven, Divine Lord of the One Qi. Great Numinous Officer who inspects and punishes throughout all heaven, fierce and impartial officer-general of the Three Realms. With golden eyes and vermilion hair, he is called the Thunder Lord of the Three-Five Fire Chariot. With phoenix beak and silver teeth, he commands a million divine generals fierce as the pixiu. Soaring through clouds and mists, he commands the thunder. He sends down rain and clears the skies, expels evil and heals sickness. For twelve years he watched over faults, receiving his mandate from the Jade Emperor. Accumulating merit in hundreds of thousands of deeds, he vowed to assist the Patriarch. Most firm and most brave, he rescues the dying and aids the living. In every quarter he expounds the teaching; in every place he opens altars. Fierce officer of Huoluo, of the Three-Five Fire Chariot: Heavenly Worthy Yingxian, Thunder Spirit of Taiyi.
