With the Xuanji and Yuheng stars he regulates the Seven Governors, holding together the warp of heaven and the weft of earth; with sun, moon, stars, and lunar mansions he orders the four seasons, moving along the ecliptic and the Purple Enclosure. Master of all phenomena, commander of all the heavens. Of great compassion and great vows, great sage of great mercy. Lord of the Teaching of the Myriad Stars, Primordial Sovereign of the Ultimate of Nothingness. Of the Central Heaven: the Great Emperor of Purple Tenuity (Ziwei Dadi) of the Northern Pole.
